I wouldn't even drive it. Safely raise and support the vehicle, check the tires and suspension. Move the tires up and down, in and out, every way you can think. The tires and suspension will probably move together. If you see or feel something that isn't right, check it out and fix it. You don't want the tire falling off. Be safe.
