How can I get my truck to start

Truck cranks but won’t start last week
changed plugs and wires air filter and fuel
filter went to the store last night it ran fine got
up for work this morning wouldn’t start check
engine is not on or flashing

Verify Fuel pressure and spark first. Then, if those two items are good then check compression. If it's a 4.0L engine it could have jumped in timing because they had timing chain tensioner failures on those models. But do as I said and check fuel and spark first. Then check compression if there is no compression then it could be a timing chain jumped.
