Can I set my volume permanently so that the car starts up at the same level very time? Honda Civic 2018

Question type: General

Previous car let me set a base volume for my car. Whenever I turned it on
whether it was radio or bluetooth, it started at a low volume. Not sure if my
Honda Civic can do that and am curious if it can (and how do I set it up)

It did, can't find an answer. Wasn't in my previous car owner manual if I can remember correctly.
