my mazda is heating up.

I have a 1999 mazda millenia that runs hot then gos to mormal then gos hot again. I have replaced the thermestat, still does the same thing. the fans seem to be working. cant see any leaks anywhere. any susgestions?

This often happens when there is air trapped in the system that can't get past the thermostat. You can often solve the problem by bringing the engine up to full operating temperature, thermostat fully open, and squeezing the air bubbles into to overflow bottle from the upper radiator hose. If you don't see or hear any bubbles, you have not been successful.
