Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a changed the thermostat and changed the
hoes added radiator fluid and still I have no heat.
There is no water in the floor board of my car and
the air blows out cold air and while driving the
temperature Hand goes up until I turn the defrost
or the heat on and just plan cold air comes out.
What is the problem with my car? Riding in 29
degree weather with 3 toddlers at night and in the
morning is rather rough since I work 3rd shift can
someone please help me

It sounds like your problem isn't to do so much with the radiator but it's probably good that you replace the thermostat, if there is no heat at all I'd check you fuses under the steering wheel and in the engine bay. A blown fuses is a much cheaper fix. It's also possible, being a 98 that your heater core might need to replaced or serviced I'd possible.
Was thermostat installed correctly? Burp nipple in the up position?
Yes thermostat was installed correctly. Heat comes out when the temperature Hand goes up yet it is very brief heat then it's cold again
Was it an OEM thermostat? I never buy aftermarket parts. This is one that you want one from Mazda. They are not always engineered to work with other specific engineered parts.

Try bleeding air from system like this remove cap from overflow tank fill with antifreeze to full mark leave cap off and start vehicle and let idle you will notice level in tank start to rise this is normal once thermostat starts to open level in tank will drop add more antifreeze to full mark then put cap back on.

If you have tried any and all methods before this one, I would definitely question the water pump itself.
