Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When attempting to start the car, sometimes when l turn the key, nothing happens. Usually on
the 2nd or 3rd try, the car will start. What needs to be replaced/repaired to solve this problem ?

When it fails again, bypass the contacts on the starter. See if you can get it to turn. it will spark up a bit at first, but get a heavy duty screwdriver to do it.
