It's brand new, aren't you still under warranty? Get it to the dealer and let them seal with it.

I'm having the same problem. 2018 CRV 15000 miles on it. This is the 3rd time within a year that the problem has happened. Can't open from inside or outside. I'm not impressed, Honda.

I had the same problem on my 2019 yesterday I couldn't open from the inside and I rolled the window down and tried opening from the outside and nothing happened. I tried locking and unlocking with the car off and with it running and tried unlocking with the fob and nothing worked.I tried again from the outside handle and finally it worked. So when I got it open i noticed it had snowed that day and there was snow jammed behind the outside handle causing it stay open a 1/4 inch.So i chipped off the snow and it seems fine now i think that the computer sensed the door was being opened from the outside while driving and caused an issue with the unlocking and opening of the door.Maybe this will help with others thought i would post this.
