No. Generally speaking tires should be replaced every 5 years. The rubber deteriorates and your chance of a blow out increases. Especially if the tires are visibly dry rotted or wearing unevenly. If they're wearing unevenly you need an alignment as well. For safety's sake, replace them. Hope that helps! Jim
