In the Nissan Line Coulis was used on the 8th Gen, 2016-2018. It is a metallic burgundy with a bit of red undertone. Gets major compliments. The Carnelian Red is used in the 2019 8th Gen. It is bright metallic red with burgundy undertone. I have not experience with this color as I still own and love my '17 Maxima.
