Slammed on brakes 2018 Nissan Rogue

I had to slam on the brakes to avoid a kid backing
into the road.  I was going 36 mph (using my cruise
control)  I don't remember my car making a loud
noise but o wasn't really listening for anything.  . .it
stayed straight and seem normal afrer.  Did this
cause any "invisible" damage?  It's a 2018 Nissan
Rogue.

No,And if it did, take it in for warranty work.

This system is not working well. Very Dangerous. We leased a brand new 2018 Nissan rogue with the Emergency Braking system. It activated 3 times in less than 2 months with No vehicles in or objects in front of us. I almost got rear-ended once. Nissan needs to fix this system.
