What part do I replace to fix the heat/ac fan which completely stopped?

The fan for the heat & a/c completely quit blowing.  Air will blow out of the rear
ac/heat vents, but absolutely nothing in the front/main fan.  It is a 4.0l SOHC
4x4.

Check the fuse to the front fan blower,if good may be bad fan motor or risistor.
