No audio or display, Chevy equinox 2018

I'm having issues with the audio and display in my
vehicle. No audio will come on (radio, OnStar, or
the speak to vehicle).I am also having a problem
with the display, the infotainment display is black.
The back up camera will pull up but as soon as I
put it in drive it goes blank again. I disconnected
the battery and reconnected it. The display and
audio came back. But was gone again the next
time I restarted my SUV. Tried to disconnect the
battery again but the audio and display never came
back. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue with the same model and year Equinox. Did you find out what was happening? How did you resolve?
