Question type: General

if you lock and unlock doors with remote it will avoid alarm as well with the
inside door lock button and then using your key to unlock seems to be the
way to again avoid alarm, does this make sense

By using the key you do toggle a switch inside the door that deactivates the factory alarm. If you were to reach into a locked car and use the inside lever you would activate the alarm and cause it go into theft mode= won't start. The late 90's fords were funky critters.
