Go through the entire cooling system, check water pump operation, cooling fans, thermostat, bleed air from system, check radiator caps, the whole shebang. If it still overheats check coolant with Block Tester, it may indicate a head gasket problem. You can buy the apparatus for around $50 or rent/borrow it from most auto parts stores (some stores have loaner tools). You may also have more than one issue going on, make sure all filters and sensors are good and clean.
