I replace my radiator hose and my 1996 mazda millenia is still overheating.

I'd start thinking about a coolant flush...new thermostat and a new radiator~

try to take out the thermostat, then test again , if same , change cylinder head gasket.

with a spot thermometer could find the "hot spots" on your current radiator~

Not sure Mr. joart, where a head gasket will affect the temperature of the engine...unless it's choked with rust...which we'd see in the coolant stream...if it was there~
