Wiring under hood

I have two wires under my hood that areny hooked
up and i cannot find a spot they will plug into.

There is a chance they go to something optional that your truck did not come with. If everything works then no worries.

Well not exactly everything works but im not too sure what doesnt at the moment. I bought a bluetooth OBD2 scanner but it cant connect to the ecu so im stuck at the moment
