I have a chevy cruze 2012 Lt turbocharger. This has
happened to me several times, I am driving and the
car stops accelerating and turn on the power
steering and traction control lights, and the air
conditioner gets hot.  I turn it off, wait a few
minutes and then it turns on normally.  Can
someone help me please !  What could it be ?

All of the systems you listed are driven off the serpentine belt. The first thing I would inspect is the belt tensioner and the belt itself. The tensioner could be worn and when the tensioner gets warm it allows the belt to slide across the pulleys for the PS and AC. Once you restart it's fine again till slack is introduced again on the belt.
