Are Carfax damage reports a part of the market pricing?

Looking at a RAM. Car Gurus shows that it is a 'Great Deal', however, the
Carfax shows 2 reports for damage. Is this taken into account when
determining the value?

I don't believe so. I think deal ratings are based on what other simulator or the same kind of vehicle is currently selling for. So if you're looking at a vehicle with high mileage or in poor condition that's priced accordingly it will be listed as a "great deal" even though the vehicle is in poor condition. Jim
