oil filter leak on a 2019 ford ranger

Bought new from my local Ford dealer and after the 1st oil change a small leak developed at the oil filter.  Dealer checked and found no leaks at the first visit.  Leak is very small; maybe a tablespoon a week.  This adds up over time and spills oil on my garage floor from the oil filter drain trough.  Dealer installed new oil filter yesterday and this morning I still have very slight oil leak at the bottom of the new oil filter.  Any suggestions?

Might be a sloppy job by the oil change guy. We had a Ranger the oil change (here at our dealership) guy double gasketed and if blew a quart out in about 30 seconds.
