I can't see the time or temp when the radio is off. Is this normal?? I want to be
able to see the time without having to turn my radio on

You can adjust the vehicle information screen to display the time - just press the vehicle info screen button on the steering wheel and toggle thru the setting. You can set it so that the time shows on top of the screen whenever the vehicle is running.
