Mercury cougar 2002 v6 many problems

My car started acting like it was
stalling like when it would need to
shift (it's automatic) i would have to
let off the gas then push back down.
Then my heat went out. Now it over
heats and I drove it to the gas station
to put anti freeze in it because there
was none and it drove fine but at
stop signs it would keep dying. When
I start it I have to pump the peddle
but every sign it died then it wouldn't
start and the more I tried the less it
would try to turn over. So I had to sit
for like twenty minutes so it would
start and I had to park it in some
random lot over night..
