2002 mercury villager the blower does not work it is making no sound at all we just changed out the blower but now nothing works as far as the air or heat what do i do what could it be?

Possibilities are a blown fuse, a bad resistor, or the blower motor is bad.

do you have automatic climate control, or manual? Check fuses. I have a circuit diagram, I think.

Blower motor replaced and not working, it would be the resistor gone bad. It controls the fan speeds, and power to the blower motor.
