Bypassing a power window master switch

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The power window switch on m wife's 2002 villager went out with the window
down, in mid-February.  Any help on bypassing the bad switch so I can roll the
window up would be greatly appreciated.  The blue/red wire on the harness
should go to the positive on the jumper cables, but what do I connect the
negative cable lead to, any ground, or a specific wire on the wiring harness?

Ok, I’ve got the switch removed, and see the White plug “block” with the blue/red wire from the harness going into that block. And I can connect that to 12V from the battery. Which wire from the harness going into that block to I ground to get the window to go up?
