2019 bmw 4 series gran coupe

on the sat nav screen on the top right of screen there is a permanent grey
message saying "no signal" . Can anyone ell me if this is a fault or what it
means.

You might have a defective car communication computer, also known as CCC. Schedule a trip into the service department for warranty work to correct it.
