power steering failure check engine light check battery light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
My check engine light came on a couple days ago
and the car started making a funny sound coming
from the passenger side under the hood. Now the
battery light came on when I started the car and
the power steering is not working, both the battery
light and the check engine light are still on. The
noise on the passenger side of the engine has
gone away what could this be?

The noise is most likely the power steering pump. Since your check engine light's on, most parts stores will hook up an OBD for free and you can pinpoint more exactly what the problem is from the engine codes.
I popped the hood and found that the belt was broken. I've been kind of irresponsible the last couple days so I neglected to check under the hood when I did finally look under there I found the belt was broken. I saw multiple website said that getting water on that belt was a bad thing and it's been super wet here in Portland last couple days. Are those pumps expensive and what they be easy to install yourself?

If the belts broken, replace it and see how that does before buying a new pump. And also see what your engine codes are
I went and bought the belt, cant put it on because the wheel shaft on, what I believe to be the AC clutch pulley, is that what I'm sending you a picture of?

Your AC pulley needs to be replaced, hopefully not the entire AC unit.
I just watched a bunch of YouTube, I'm feeling prepared to f**k up my sister's car. From what I can see it may be just the clutch's rubbers are gone
