Voice command, Bluetooth, Mic

Just bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra  Limited a few days ago. It's not letting
me pair my phone to the car, the mic on the ceiling has no sound, and when
I press the voice command on the steering wheel, there is no sound at all.
Not even a beep. I see no "Phone" option on the head unit screen. The touch
screen works fine, the navigation is fine. What could the issue be with the
overhead mic, voice command, and bluetooth? This is my first Hyundai and
actually my first car with this technology. I am clueless but any help is
appreciated.

Thank you for the response. I checked out the link but I have a different head unit. When I click the phone button it says "initializing blue tooth" but does nothing after. Since blue tooth does not pop up, the phone menu to pair will not pull up for me. The voice command mic isn't working either. I click it, and it's silent. :/
