I’m trying to run 225/45/18s on my 2011
Hyundai Elantra limited

215/45 R17 87H was the largest rim listed from the factory, so that looks like it is too much for the vehicle. So I suggest you find a good tire and wheel shop so they can tell you what you need to make it work or if it’s even possible.
