When you fill up the tank too full you can smell the gas coming through the air vents is there something wrong maybe a leak somewhere?

Question type: General

There's 2 things that concern me the first is the gas smell when you fill it up
before it comes through the air vents and when I have the car in park or have
my foot on the brake and it's idling sounds like there's a loose metal panel
shaking up under  the driver seat, what is this noise?

Don't know what the noise is but the fuel smell is nothing to take lightly and gas fumes are extremely flammable. Need to have it looked at ASAP.
