How do I get the deposit back if truck was misrepresented?

I paid the $500 deposit through CarGurus.  When I went to Yalcars (the
seller) the truck was misrepresented and not is the condition I was told it
was. I did not proceed with purchase of the truck and walked away from the
deal. The deposit is still showing on my credit card "Pending".  Since I did the
deposit through Car Gurus, how do I make sure that deposit will not go to the
dealership and back on my card?
