Won't start

I replaced the starter this morning, after finding that the car
won't start. There was no clicking sound from the relay,
either. I checked the relay, fuses, and wiring. Then i
replaced the starter. No luck. Everything turns on, but
nothing from the starter. Im registering 12v at the battery
and at the starter. Pleases help. Lol

Check to see if the Fuel Pump is kicking on!
I checked the volts at the battery and at the starter. Both are between 11 and 13.
sometime corrosion get on the battery terminals and nothing is on except dim liight in the car. or the battery terminals are loose. so buy your self a battery terminal cleaner at an auto part store about $3.00 to $7.00 and clean the battery terminal. take the terminal off with a socket and ratchet 10mm and clean them.
