2015 dodge charger right headlight

My right hid headlight seems like its blocked by
something. But I have token pictures and see
nothing but a flap from the bottom. I am using
some cheap LEDs from Ebay and only having
problem on the right side. When I take out the bulb
there is light on both sides. So does anyone know
what it could be.?

Your vehicle has HID protectors which require HID bulbs, not LED's. LED's like you said only have light emitted from either side, so the bottom side is probably orientated below the flap. The flap is what moves when you activate the high beams with the proper Xenon Bulb. I would guess your visibility is severely hampered. Purchase the correct DS3 bulbs. I am surprised you are able to use the LED's. Did you perform a modification?
