2019 Chevy Equinox. How does one LOCK the door without the key or keyfob?

Question type: General

The owner left the car unlocked in my spaces and is deployed, and I'm unable
to lock it.  Tried everything I can think of to include reading the manual and
pressing and holding the lock button on the inside and outside.  The keys won't
be available for a while.  Unsure it's the LT trim but certainly 1.5 L and AWD.

Some cars are that way. I would try to contact him and ask him to send the keys.

You might be able to get in it and press the OnStar button. Tell them the situation and they might be able to lock it, or if he has the MyChevrolet App on his phone he can do it from anywhere in the world. Hope this helps.
