1995 mercury tracer

check engine light comes on runs very rough like its not getting fuel when idleing has
started stalling but only does this when warmed up  i changed fuel filter checked fuel
pump checked air cleaner,erg & msp with no luck please help me also check light
intermitingly comes on when its not on car runs great
