Check air filter box make sure it's not full of something (Dog Food) also put your hand over tail pipe and make sure engine is breathing.

I have put the throtle body sensor and cleaned the intake I checked the exhaust and everything it's good and the car still doesn't go over 3000 rpm

Sounds like feul filter / failing feul pump or centrifugal advance in distributor has failed
