A/C not blowing cold air

My wife's 2019 Buick Enclave started blowing hot air on the driver's side but still
blowing cold air on the passenger's side. So initially I thought it was a blend
door actuator issue. But now, after a couple of days waiting for the part to come
in, the a/c is blowing hot air on both sides of the car.  Am I still dealing with a
blend door actuator problem, a software problem or what do you recommend?

Sometimes the HVAC computer get fouled up and needs a reset, any good independent shop can do the reset, so have it checked before throwing any parts at it. I had a Cadillac that would do this exact same thing when it went from winter into spring and you needed AC, it would only blow hot air even though the AC compressor was functioning, after the reset it operated right up until the next spring then back in for a reset.
