I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado crew cab 1500. Do I have to
remove the whole door panel to replace factory speakers?

yes... use a plastic putty knife. be careful not to mess-up the interior vinyl / plastic. there is usually a screw that is hidden to hold the panel in place. a plastic cover is hiding the screw when i did mine once.
