Wiggle the shift lever to see it it's the neutral switch. In the old days I'd use a screwdriver and short from the battery terminal coming into the starter to the solonoid wire, to see if the starter works.

How do I check battery voltage? I got a jump. There's power. But engine won't start. Is it starter or celinoid? (Whatever it's called? )

I still think you've got a dead or shot battery. A charge overnight would be good. Use a cheap voltmeter to measure battery. 12.4 volts, 14.7 running. Use a screwdriver to jump the starter solonoid battery wire to the smaller wire connection to see it it turns over, if you can get at it.
won't start batter is good start is good .neutral switch have no power turn the key switch on

How do you know there's no power to the neutral switch? Maybe it's just bad, or you need to wiggle the shift.
