Engine swap?

I was wondering if I could swap a 89 Dodge 50
Mitsubishi Mighty Max 2.6 four-wheel drive engine,
for a 85 Toyota 22R engine?

The Toyota engine is better but with enough work and money you could install the D50 drive train or the other way around. Get the complete engine and transmission.
