First, don't think, make sure of the problem, then you will have to make the decision yourself based on the cost of the repair versus mileage, condition of the car and if your financial condition allows you to purchase a newer vehicle. The cost of a timing belt replacement is around $500.00, depending on how much work is involved.

Does that include labor cuz I'll be doing the labor myself. Exactly which parts do you suggest I get. I know I should probably do the water pump at the same time, but I mean just to do that job. Oh and now that it's daylight and I got a better look it is the timing belt.

Yes, the price includes labor cost, so if you are doing the job yourself it will just the cost for parts. I would replace the water pump and tensioners to assure yourself of a good repair.
