i dont know if it is my radiator or the hose how do i find out?

raditor leaks or just a hose, no pressure in cap but i cant go very far without having to stop
and add water , car is not overheating

Yes. We can't help you until you locate the leak. Idling in one spot should allow you to norrow down the search and locate it, Start with the rad and rad hoses. Check the water pump seal. Check the smaller hoses, heater hoses, etc. Last intake manifolds or frost plugs in the block. Narrow it down then we can help.

U can find the leak by filling with water then park in a dry place and run car with hood open look around hoses or radiator for leaks do the process over and over until u find the leak eventually u will see where the water is coming from
