I have a 2005 convertible Mini Cooper. I recently disconnected the battery and several things stopped working after reconnecting it. The convertible top, A/C, and a couple interior lights are most notable. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this would happen?

The roof is because the car doesn't know where the windows are the roof button will flash red when pressed . lower the windows and raise all them again. it should reset.
