not Getting electric power to anything after jars job

I did a head job on a 2005 mini with mk1 engine.
After reassembling the engine I’m not getting
power to anything. The battery is fully charged

Check your grounds on the engine block and check to make sure your power supply at the fuse box is coming in and going out
