I purchased my 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse new, it has 24,000. miles on it, it has very little power.

Even though the mileage is low it is 6 years old. Is there a check engine light on?

Ives thinking the same is that on and when was the last tune up done like spark plugs and air filter that could a reason too
