Bank 2 (sensor 1) will be upstream meaning the sensor closest to the engine on that bank... sensor 2 will always be behind / after the catalytic converter.
I have none after cat I took interior/consol out cant find any wire hook-up [all I have now is 2 one on each manifold ]

Here is where bank 2 sensor 1 is located. Sensor 1 is located upstream top of the exhaust manifold sensor 2 is after the pre-cat the photos not exactly your vehicle but very similar. NO, wires inside the car. The harnesses and connectors are under the hood.

Most likely it is your SENDING UNIT. If your light comes on due to low pressure, it is usually way too late. They come on at around 5 psi, and at that low pressure your engine would be knocking. If you can, check the pressure with a manual gauge. If its good, go ahead and change out the sending unit. Regards
replaced unit no difference- 25lbs idle 40 lbs 2000 rpms- like I said with wire UNHOOKED lite is still on -single wire unit so to me that means wire is grounded some where [02 eclipse]
So many incorrect answers: On the 3.8 engine, here are the correct locations of the O2 sensors: Bank 2, Sensor 1 (upstream) is by the radiator. Bank 2, Sensor 2 (downstream) is by the radiator and by the catalytic converter. Bank 1, Sensor 1 (upstream) is by the firewall. Bank 1, Sensor 2 (downstream) is by firewall and by the catalytic converter ( a bitc...to get to) Remember there are 2 catalytic converters. Buy them on eBay. Much cheaper.
