do you hear it getting power or trying to work when you hit the button ? are you sure you got the harness plugged in after your put the motor in ?
take the panel off and make sure you got the power harness plugged back in and then make sure that the switch is getting contact when you depress it

The power harness is plugged in but how am I supposed to know if it's getting contact?
have to look inside the button housing to get a look at it does the other window work when you use the drivers side button to control it?

All of the windows work from the driver side control, the only one that doesn't work from either place is the front passenger side
does it work from the passenger side control ?
make sure the window lock out isn't engaged,, I thought that you can still control the window from the drivers side even with the window lock out on but maybe not after all ,,,I don't know what to tell ya other that,, if its not that then it sounds like you got a bad regulator or something isn't plugged in,, I would say fuse but that would affect both sides,, maybe check your plug again
make sure that its getting power id put a meter see if the motor is getting voltage when the switch is activated if not see if the switch is getting power if so bad switch if not blown fuse
Have the same problem on my endeavor, did you ever figure it out?
