Will an overland exhaust improve mpg on 2019 4 runner?

I switched out my OEM air filter for an S&B then replace oem exhaust with a
Magnaflo Overland exhaust.My mileage estimator is guessing at 15.9-16.00
mpg.I'm not even getting to 300 miles per fill up.What tha hell? My driving style
has not changed,mostly just poking along.I may put the oem air back in.What
about the Magnaflo? It run's great! Mileage is uninspiring.

Don’t mess with the OEM air intake system, if you have the stock system put it back in place. As far as exhaust I haven’t heard anything about MPG increases, but have heard about MPG drops usually cause even though they say they haven’t changed the way they drive but they actually have cause it sounds good. If you still have doubts then run an exhaust system back pressure test. A kit can be purchased at most parts stores. If the pressure is too high then the system is restricted or it’s too small for your rig.
