Roof Rail detachment

PISSED OFF about this purchase. Not only with the fact
that the rails have detached but that when I went to get it
fixed. Upon removal of the tape they still are not secured
and the staff didn't seem to care about the issue.

Complain to Ford Corporate. Document all your trips to the dealer in case you have a Lemon car claim.
