How do you replace a 2003 mitsubishi diamante horn switch

The fuse, relay switch and the horn itself have all been replaced or tested and the horn makes no sound at all when you press on the steering column horn button.

In my case here I took it to a mechanic who was working on another problem and asked him to look at my horn. He found out it was not the horn switch at all that was the problem. He tested the lines and found a short. Didn't take but a few minutes to fix it.
