maintained and detailed regularly. It has the following issues but is in other
wise excellent condition, is wired for a system, and has an after market

$1500 is fair. But pushing your luck with all those issues The 2003 Eclipse in good running order is selling in the $3K to $4k range with that mileage. It will take a couple thousand to get it really tip-top, but when you figure in the buyers expense and time, if somebody offers you $1000 take it Just be sure to disclose what you did here, common courtesy/honesty dictates that. Good Luck

I have done some reading over the last few minutes and the clutch thing could be a real problem. More expensive than I thought. And a potential buyer may or may not know that

hank you. so what are your new thoughts? Well I do have a buyer at 1,500 already and have disclosed everything except the shifting issue, because I have not driven it in a few months I forgot about it, however was planning on informing him when he came to look at it. I am planning on being as honest and transparent as possible. I want to make sure I am getting what its worth but I also need to make sure I can sleep at night.

If you disclose all those issues you conscience is clean. Simple as that. The buyer may have been searching for that particular car and if he is fully aware and goes in to this deal eyes wide open you have been honorable and no worries. I compliment you on being honorable and not wanting to unload a POS on an ignorant buyer for as much as you can squeeze out of it.
