Failure to start

My 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse ran out of gas, I
put gas in it, still wouldn't start, I changed
the fuel pump, still won't start. Replaced the
fuel regulator fuse, and 3 front spark plugs,
spray starting fluid in intake valve, it still
won't start. Thinking it's something simple
cause it cranks, just won't fire over?
